  Here is how we did it:
For our main light we used a Profoto 7B 1200 watt power pack and had two light heads plugged in.  Our main light was a Profoto beauty dish set at f10.  The beauty dish was raised six feet up, and eight feet from the subject.  We had the light inline with the lens to avoid shadows on the background.  We used the beauty dish to get a great quality of light on the subjects face.  The fill light was a large soft box set to f9, which was four feet away from the subject camera right.  This light filled in the shadows made by our key light and light lit the subject from the waist to the top of the head.  We placed a small Norman light set at f8, three feet from the background directly behind the subject to light up the background, and one final small Norman light also set at f8 camera left pointing at the background.  With this final strobe we had a background without any shadows casted by the subject.  One final meter reading at f11 and we were set.
